No. All plans are SEBI-regulated research publications — structured analysis that helps you understand market structure, not someone telling you what to buy or sell. Darpan Aggarwal is a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (INH000026859), not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser. Every investment and trading decision is yours alone.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Monthly plans run for the calendar month and are not auto-renewed without your action. Quarterly plans are for three months. No lock-in contracts. No pressure, no retention calls.
How is research delivered — email, Telegram, or video? +
All research is delivered via a dedicated paid Telegram group. Text notes with key data are posted before the market opens (8:45 AM for pre-market). Video analysis is recorded and shared in the group. You do not need to be watching live — everything is accessible any time within the group.

What is the KYC and onboarding process? +
As a SEBI Registered Research Analyst, Darpan is required to collect basic KYC (PAN + address proof) from all paid subscribers. After payment, you will receive a WhatsApp message with the onboarding form and a Risk Disclosure Document to sign. This is a regulatory requirement — your information is kept confidential.
When do STRUCTURE and CONFLUENCE open? +
STRUCTURE opens approximately Month 3 (September 2026). CONFLUENCE opens approximately Month 6 (December 2026). Join the waitlist on this page — you will be first notified and receive early-bird pricing. SIGNAL subscribers get priority access to STRUCTURE when it opens.
What is ALGORITHM EDGE and how is it different? +
ALGORITHM EDGE is a separate product — not a subscription tier. It deploys proprietary algorithmic trading setups for a very small number of clients (10–15 maximum) through Kotak Securities API. The algo executes mechanically based on Darpan's daily research levels. You remain in complete control of capital and risk; the algo only handles execution. Application required — not all applicants are accepted.
How do I raise a grievance? +
